For most destinations, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after your order is processed and dispatched. This applies to standard shipping and may vary depending on your exact location.

Note on Delays
While we strive to meet or exceed expected delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Customs inspections or clearance procedures
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays in the destination country
• Temporary local logistics disruptions

In such cases, delivery may be extended by several days. We will do our best to keep you informed along the way.

Shipping Partners
We collaborate with a network of international and local delivery providers, such as China Post, YunExpress, USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post, Correos, Yamato, and other reputable couriers. The carrier for your order depends on the shipping country and the most efficient route.

Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a valid tracking number. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account and selecting your order on the Order History page.

The tracking link will show real-time updates on your parcel’s location and status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe, Oceania, and parts of Asia and the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
